Met (westers) Pinksteren, 29 mei t/m 1 juni, organiseert OJN -Orthodoxe Jongeren in Nederland- weer het fameuze Astenweekend in het Griekse vrouwenklooster ‘Geboorte van de Moeder Gods’ te Asten!
Voor wie?
OJN is voor alle verschillende orthodoxe jongeren tussen de 16 en 30 jaar.
Wat is het?
Een weekend vol gezelligheid, kampvuurtjes, wandelingen, goede gesprekken, lezingen, vragen en gebed.
Thema
Joseph and the technicolour dreamcoat.
BN'ers / BB´ers?
- Bisschop Angealos uit Stevenage, Engeland (onder voorbehoud)
- Moeder Maria (hegoumen van het klooster van Asten)
- Andre Maliepaard (jeugdwerker, weet alles over hoe en waarom jongeren geloven)
- Elham Khalil (inspirator, kerkkenner en moeder)
- Vader Alexander uit Belgie (zelf stiekum ook nog jong)
Waar?
Overdag zijn we welkom in het klooster in Asten (Noord-Brabant). We overnachten op een boerderijcamping in de buurt in huisjes en tenten.
Hoe kom je in Asten?
We kunnen je ophalen van station Deurne als je zegt hoe laat je aankomt.
Kosten?
50 euro als je lid bent van OJN, 60 euro als je nog geen lid bent (lidmaatschap OJN is 15 euro).
Hoe geef je je op?
Stuur het aanmeldingsformulier (zie bijlage) voor 15 mei naar ons terug en maak het deelnemersgeld aan ons over. Mail het formulier naar bestuur@orthodoxejongeren.nl

In the weekend of (western) Pentecost, 29 May - 1 June, OJN – Orthodox Youth in The Netherlands organises the famous Astenweekend in the Greek woman’s monastery ‘Birth of the Mother of God’ in Asten!
For whom?
OJN exists for different orthodox youth in the age of 16-30.
What is it?
A weekend full talks, walks, lectures, camp fires, questions and prayer.
Theme

Celebrities?
- Bisshop Angealos from Stevenage, UK (to be confimerd)
- Mother Maria (hegoumen of the monastery)
- Andre Maliepaard (youth worker, knows everything about why and how young people believe)
- Elham Khalil (inspirator, expert on the Coptic Church and mother)
- father Alexander from Belgium (he himself is young too, shhht...)
Where?
During the day we're welcome in the monastery in Asten (North-Brabant), and we sleep at a nearby camping.
How do you come in Asten?
We can pick you op from the train station of Deurne, if you tell us what time you arrive.
Costs?
50 euro if you're a member of OJN, and 60 euro if you're not (yet) a OJN-member. An OJN Membership is 15 euro. Deurne is 1,5 hour by train from Airport Schiphol.
How to apply?
Send us the application form back (see attachment) before 15 May, and transfer the weekend fee to us. Mail the form to bestuur@orthodoxejongeren.nl
